The reversible fabrics are fun and are Machine Washable when spillovers happen. We use Pellon®’s Wrap-N-Zap® which is a Microwave Safe Product made of 100% natural cotton batting, cotton thread and cotton fabric. These materials will not melt in a Microwave. When used in the microwave, it will evenly distribute the heat to produce perfect heated food. The Cozy also keeps hands warm when curled up on the sofa eating a bowl of ice cream.
